Role Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Development Director to lead our Contact+ department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining daily operations, providing strategic vision, and ensuring the success of our sales group.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of Commercial Insurance experience, a Level 3 RIBO License, and a minimum of 5 years of leadership experience. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team focused on delivering exceptional customer service
  • Maintaining and building strong relationships with Clients, Sales, Underwriting, and other office personnel
  • Managing the annual budget and setting goals for the business unit
  • Assessing staff training needs and recommending development opportunities
  • Maintaining relationships with insurance providers and the national Federated sales force
