Electrical Mechanic Technician

At Clarity Hiring, we are seeking a skilled Winder Electrical Mechanic to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our maintenance crew, you will work with various electrical and mechanical equipment, including electric motors, generators, and industrial transformers.

Key Responsibilities- Equipment Inspection and Repair: Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electric motors, generators, transformers, and other electro-mechanical equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Component Fabrication and Replacement: Fabricate or recondition parts using machining tools, replace or recondition critical components, including bearings, shafts, and commutators.
- Coil Winding and Installation: Wind and install various coil types; weld or braze components to meet precise specifications.
- Maintenance and Testing: Conduct balancing of armatures and rotors, perform static/dynamic testing on repaired equipment, and ensure all machinery is in good working condition.
We are particularly interested in candidates with expertise in electric motors, transformers, industrial motors, rotors, shafts, bearings, coils, armatures, and generators. Your knowledge and experience will enable you to tackle a wide range of challenges and contribute to the success of our team.
Work Environment & Physical Demands- You will be working on-site in a dynamic, hands-on environment with some noise levels.
- The role requires standing, bending, crouching, and kneeling for extended periods, so you must be physically fit and able to adapt to changing situations.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with a focus on electrical and mechanical equipment maintenance.
- Completion of secondary school with relevant training or vocational program.
- Possession of own tools, safety equipment, steel-toed boots, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation.
