Senior Municipal Engineer

We are seeking a senior professional with strong technical and business acumen to lead our municipal engineering projects at MACDONNELL. This opportunity will provide leadership, project management, and technical direction, overseeing the delivery of engineering work and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a team of municipal engineers and technicians
• Provide technical direction and oversight for municipal projects
• Develop and implement project management strategies
• Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Requirements:
• Undergraduate or graduate engineering degree
• Ability to register as a Professional Engineer (P. Eng.) in Nova Scotia
• Broad knowledge of civil designs, industry codes, and construction methods
• Minimum 5 years of experience in municipal engineering
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
