About the Role

We are seeking a Client Services Leadership Specialist to join our team at CBI Home Health. As a leader in our Specialized Community Services, you will play a key role in delivering quality services to our clients.

As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for coaching and monitoring staff to ensure they understand client care, individual support plans, and behavioral support plans. You will also take inventory and order household supplies and goods approved by the Manager.

Our ideal candidate will have prior supervisory experience in this field and possess a working knowledge of Residential Care Licensing, Family Services, and Labour guidelines.

As a Client Services Leadership Specialist, you can expect a salary range of $75,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities
  • Coach and monitor staff to ensure understanding of client care, individual support plans, and behavioral support plans.
  • Take inventory and order household supplies and goods approved by the Manager.
  • Ensure a healthy and safe environment for clients and employees.
  • Have prior supervisory experience in this field.
  • Possess a working knowledge of Residential Care Licensing, Family Services, and Labour guidelines.
