As a key member of our team at Alberta Ltd, the Hotel Front Desk Clerk plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's front desk. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have the ability to multitask with ease.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Services: Register arriving guests, assign rooms, and provide information on hotel facilities and services.
- Front Desk Operations: Process group arrivals and departures, take, cancel, and change room reservations, and balance cash and complete balance sheets.
- Customer Service: Provide general information about points of interest in the area, address guest inquiries, and respond to customer service requests.
Requirements:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience an asset.
Working Conditions:
This is a temporary position with variable hours, typically ranging from 30 to 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be expected to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service in a team-oriented setting.
