Job Title: Heavy-Duty Cleaner

We are seeking a reliable and physically fit Heavy-Duty Cleaner to join our team at Unison Realty Group Ltd. As a Heavy-Duty Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, including sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing floors, as well as operating industrial vacuum cleaners and other equipment.

Responsibilities:
  • Sweep, mop, and scrub floors, including hallways, stairs, and other high-traffic areas
  • Operate industrial vacuum cleaners and other equipment to remove debris and dirt
  • Empty trash cans and other waste containers
  • Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings
  • Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens
  • Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures
  • Work with minimal supervision
  • Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle repetitive tasks
  • Physical stamina to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) and perform physically demanding tasks
  • Dependability, initiative, and reliability
