About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant General Manager Assistant to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our restaurant.

Responsibilities
  • Sales and Customer Service: Assist the Restaurant General Manager in achieving sales targets by providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment, and promoting menu items.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and train staff members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service and maintain high-quality products.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including ordering supplies, managing stock levels, and reducing waste.
  • Operations: Assist the Restaurant General Manager with day-to-day operations, including scheduling, labor management, and maintaining equipment and facilities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a management role, preferably in the food service industry
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems and basic accounting principles
