As we approach our centenary, we are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Commissionaires South Saskatchewan Division.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for leading our division and driving business growth while ensuring the well-being of our employees and clients.
This is a unique opportunity for a visionary leader who understands the challenges faced by military families and is committed to creating a supportive environment where they can thrive.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Commissionaires South Saskatchewan Division and develop strategies for business growth and expansion.
- Oversee the implementation of policies and procedures that support the well-being of employees and clients.
- Foster a culture of inclusivity and respect within the division.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve organizational goals.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A proven track record of leadership experience in a similar industry or sector.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
- An understanding of the challenges faced by military families and a commitment to creating a supportive environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A strong network of contacts within the military and corporate communities.
We offer a competitive salary package, including:
- $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
