We are seeking an experienced Executive Vice President of Operations to join our team at Visaforyou Inc. This is a permanent position with a 30-hour workweek, requiring a strong background in operations management, strategic planning, and leadership.

  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to optimize resource allocation and improve efficiency.
  • Authorize and establish major departments and senior staff positions to drive business growth and success.
  • Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate promotional campaigns, and approve human resources planning to ensure the organization's objectives are met.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, delegating representatives as needed.
  • Select and develop middle managers, directors, and executive staff to create an optimal working environment.

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 5 years or more of experience in operations management, strategic planning, and leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Windows.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines, and a large workload.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to relocate and work in various locations, including outside Canada.
  • Relocation costs not covered by the employer.
