Executive Culinary Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Executive Culinary Operations Manager to join our team at Ellerslie Chicken Foods Inc.
About the RoleThis key leadership position is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our culinary department, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and customer service are met.
Key Responsibilities- Scheduling and Planning: Establish effective schedules to meet business demands, ensuring seamless execution of meal preparation and service.
- Staff Supervision: Directly supervise and coordinate activities of staff responsible for food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
- Training and Development: Provide comprehensive training to staff on job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols.
- Inventory Management: Accurately estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and excess stock.
- Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food quality and service by conducting regular inspections and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Customer Service: Respond promptly to customer complaints or concerns, providing exceptional service and resolving issues efficiently.
- Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, generating reports as required.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- At least 1 year of experience in a related field, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines and adapting to changing circumstances.
This position requires standing for extended periods, working under pressure, and being physically demanding. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
