Service Sales Executive

Job Title: Service Sales Executive - Atlantic CanadaSalary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year (base salary) + commissionAbout the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and results-driven Service Sales Executive to join our team in Atlantic Canada. As a Service Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new service business, building strong relationships with existing clients, and identifying opportunities to increase market share.
- Proactively seek out opportunities to sell Convergint's service capabilities to new customers.
- Mine existing customer portfolios to identify opportunities for maintenance agreements, upgrades, and small projects.
- Work closely with the solutions sales teams and CTC operations team to identify and sell service upgrade, retrofit, and enhancement projects.
- Identify, qualify, and target potential future customer opportunities within assigned geography.
- Proactively communicate with and seek feedback from all customers to continuously improve customer satisfaction.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Advanced sales skills and ability to uncover effective customer solutions.
- Solid communication and teamwork skills.
- The ability to adapt to changing situations and respond effectively to new information.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- A good understanding of IT networking principles.
- Minimum 5 years of previous account development, sales or related experience required.
