Job Description

The Business Development Representative will be responsible for generating new business opportunities for WinAir through networking, relationship-building, and problem-solving.

This role is critical for achieving sales objectives and driving new revenue into the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to secure new business.
  • Leverage market data and analysis to identify potential sales opportunities and promote new ideas for enhancing service offerings.
  • Maintain a high level of targeted outbound activity to build and sustain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Qualify leads by conducting research on potential customers who would benefit from WinAir's solutions.
  • Deliver presentations and product demos tailored to client needs.
  • Manage and document all interactions with potential customers and leads using CRM tools.
  • Become an expert on WinAir's products, value proposition, and market positioning.
  • Stay informed about market conditions, competitive activities, and industry trends.
  • Attend trade shows and other networking events to foster relationships and identify opportunities.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in enterprise-level sales (hunting).
  • B2B sales experience in a service/software industry.
  • Previous experience with longer sales cycles, solution selling, and relationship selling.
  • Strong computer literacy and excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Superb organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Effective team player with a strong work ethic.
