Job Description

Labor Requirements


This position involves conducting technical studies, research, and analysis on legal topics. You will serve as a resource person for the submission of solutions and action plans, as well as provide technical support for tasks, projects, and operational issues. Additionally, you will assist your unit's legal staff with their initiatives and help them plan and coordinate legal activities.



Specific Responsibilities:

  • Help process and analyze legal files.
  • Conduct technical studies, research, and analysis on legal topics and serve as resource person for the submission of solutions and action plans.
  • Provide technical support for tasks, projects, and operational issues. Assist your unit's legal staff with their initiatives and help them plan and coordinate legal activities.
  • Follow up with practitioners and forward files in accordance with the established process.
  • Help practitioners follow your unit's processes and use its tools and systems.


Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have a general college diploma in a related field and a minimum of two years of relevant experience. Knowledge of French is required, and other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered.
