Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Strategic Community Liaison to join our team at De Beers Group Canada.

The successful candidate will reside within the Corporate Affairs/Social Performance department, reporting directly to the Social Performance Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional to grow with our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • To develop and implement effective community engagement strategies that align with our business objectives.
  • To build and maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders, including community leaders, government representatives, and other key partners.
  • To ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
What We Offer

As a Strategic Community Liaison with De Beers Group Canada, you can expect a competitive salary in the range of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on your qualifications and experience.

This role requires a strong understanding of social performance principles and practices, as well as excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
