Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest quality food and beverages are served to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Operate cash register and process transactions accurately
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Will train on the job
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings
