Rewind, a leading provider of cloud data backup services, is seeking a highly skilled Digital Advertising Growth Specialist to join its Demand Generation team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience overseeing paid advertising in B2B SaaS companies, with a proven track record of developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies and programs via PPC, paid social media, and other digital advertising channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital advertising programs to fuel Rewind's growth, generating brand awareness, driving leads and pipeline, and converting new customers.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Bing, YouTube, Meta, Reddit, and Marketplaces, ensuring strong ROI and customer acquisition efficiency.
  • Oversee agency relationships at the operational day-to-day level, managing quality of agency output and program delivery on Google and LinkedIn.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience overseeing paid advertising in B2B SaaS companies.
  • 3-5 years of experience building and executing multi-channel marketing strategies and programs via PPC, paid social media, and other digital advertising channels.
  • Experience managing creative and media agency relationships, campaign budgets, and ad creation via internal and external resources.
  • Expertise in campaign and channel analysis and reporting, leveraging data to drive actionable insights and recommendations.
  • A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

This role offers an estimated salary range of $90,000 - $110,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
