About the Role:

The Specialist, Customer Relations Centre will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to Dynamic Funds clients. This includes interacting with customers via phone to address inquiries and resolve issues related to accounts and transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide effective customer service and support to clients, mainly Advisors and Associates, in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues.
  • Analyze customer accounts and determine appropriate follow-up actions to meet their needs.
  • Exceed performance standards in an inbound call-center environment, maintaining a high level of quality and productivity.
  • Stay up-to-date with department policies and procedures, as well as Centres of Excellence guidelines.
  • Participate in special projects as required to drive business growth and improvement.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Finance or related field (strong asset).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and industry databases, such as iFastTM.
  • CSC/ IFIC certification is a definite asset.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team.
  • Fluency in English and French, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
