Co-ordination Specialist Job Description

R&G Insurance Brokers Inc is seeking an experienced Co-ordination Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for arranging and co-ordinating seminars, conferences, and other events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate and arrange seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Assist with staff consultation and grievance procedures
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Answer electronic enquiries
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Organise staff consultation and grievance procedures
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerised information filing systems
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Evaluate work environments, programs and procedures to control, eliminate, and prevent disease or injury
  • Supervise office and volunteer staff

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Permanent employment
  • English language
  • 40 hours per week
