Housekeeping Attendant Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Hotel Lac Carling. This is a full-time opportunity that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

About Us

Hotel Lac Carling is an upscale rural hotel located overlooking Lake Carling and the golf course. Our hotel features 100 rooms, a refined restaurant serving à la carte dishes, a brasserie menu, and two bars. We also offer four meeting rooms, capacity for 500 people for meals, an 18-hole golf course, lake activities, a gym, and a spa.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing work carts with necessary tools and supplies, preparing guest rooms for arrival, changing bedding and remaking beds with clean sheets, cleaning bathrooms and sanitary facilities, removing garbage and emptying garbage cans, and ensuring optimum hygiene throughout the hotel.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare your work cart with the necessary tools and supplies
• Prepare the room for the guest's arrival, ensuring that it is spotless
• Change bedding and remake beds with clean sheets
• Clean bathrooms and sanitary facilities using appropriate products
• Remove garbage and empty garbage cans to ensure optimum hygiene
• Clean and dust surfaces of furniture, mirrors, and windows for a neat appearance
• Check furniture and equipment to ensure they are in good condition and working properly
• Report any irregularities in the condition of rooms to the people concerned
• Deal with lost and found items in collaboration with the housekeeper, and return them to guests
• Respect hotel norms and standards in terms of hygiene and quality of service
• Carry out any other related tasks required to ensure the smooth running of the hotel

Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and be fluent in French.

Estimated Salary Range
