Multilingual Operations Coordinator

Randstad is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bilingual Dispatch Administrator to provide administrative support to our service team in Georgetown.

Job DescriptionWe are looking for a dedicated professional who can provide administrative support to our service team. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Preparing documents and reports as required
- Dispatching technicians and coordinating their schedules
- Generating invoices and managing customer accounts
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our service team and contribute to the success of our operations.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and another language ( spoken fluently)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills

We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated $55,000 - $65,000 per year based on your experience and qualifications.
