At Acosta, we are seeking a skilled Merchandiser to join our dynamic team. As a Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients' products are accurately placed on store shelves, updated with the latest prices, and presented in an attractive manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate product placement and pricing
  • Set up and install promotional materials
  • Organize and maintain store shelves
  • Implement planogram changes to optimize product placement
  • Monitor inventory levels and prevent stock-outs
  • Identify opportunities to enhance sales areas
  • Assist in introducing new products and educating consumers
  • Foster positive relationships with store employees and managers
  • Document in-store actions and create detailed reports

Requirements:

  • Available to work Monday to Friday
  • Availability to work morning and daytime hours
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Merchandising experience (desirable)
  • Physical capability to lift 30 lbs
  • Computer literacy with access to a mobile device and the internet
  • Attention to detail, understanding, and executing planograms accurately
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and attention to deadlines
  • Energetic, motivated, and enthusiastic
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Excellent communication skills
