Job Description

The Director, Corporate Technology HR role serves as a strategic partner to our HR business leadership, bridging the gap between technology and human resources. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HRIS, preferably Oracle HCM, and experience managing large complex technology projects.

  • Partner with HR leadership to influence and optimize HRIS capabilities provided by Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.
  • Build a high-performance environment and implement a people strategy that attracts, retains, develops, and motivates the team.
  • Deliver projects/programs while managing dependencies, critical paths, and ensuring solutions meet security, scalability, and reliability for business-critical systems.
Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing technical guidance for Oracle Fusion Cloud related to Human Capital Management (HCM).
  • Leading technical projects relating to Oracle Fusion Cloud and developing partnerships with the business and partners.
  • Driving projects from inception to implementation and providing expertise, guidance, and delivery of projects.
  • Managing incoming enhancements and prioritizing for delivery.
Requirements

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must have:

  • A minimum of 10+ years of experience in HRIS, preferably Oracle HCM.
  • 10+ years of experience in a leadership role managing large complex technology projects.
  • 5+ years of experience with SaaS Cloud products, preferably Oracle Fusion.
  • 5+ years of people management experience.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $140,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including pension and savings programs with company-matched RRSP contributions.
