">About the Role:
">We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team as a Human Resources Strategist. This role will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training and development, employee relations, and offboarding.
">The successful candidate will ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations at the federal, provincial, and local levels, oversee payroll processing, administer employee benefits programs, and develop and implement HR policies and procedures to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
">Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training and development, employee relations, and offboarding.">
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations at the federal, provincial, and local levels.">
- Oversee payroll processing, including accurate and timely payroll administration.">
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.">
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.">
- Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters.">
- Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement initiatives.">
- Handle employee inquiries and concerns with professionalism and discretion.">
- Provide general executive support and office management.">
- Manage and oversee all office communications and activities.">
- Assist with purchasing, travel arrangements, and other administrative tasks.">
Qualifications:
">- ">
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.">
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably in the SaaS Companies.">
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.">
- Proficiency in payroll processing and experience with HRIS systems.">
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.">
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.">
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.">
- A proactive and results-driven approach to HR management.">
- Experience working in a multi-national environment is preferred.">
- Bilingual (English and Mandarin) is necessary.">
- Minimum of two (2) years of administrative experience in an office setting, asset management, work environment maintenance and improvement and team activities organization.">
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
