Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Specialist to join our team at The Eldorado Tools and Manufacturing Company Ltd.

This role is responsible for preparing statements of earnings for employees, indicating gross and net salaries and deductions such as taxes, union dues, garnishments and insurance and pension plans. Additionally, the successful candidate will store, update and retrieve financial data, perform human resources related duties such as personnel selection, and prepare and balance period-end reports and reconcile issued payrolls to bank statements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare accurate and detailed statements of earnings for employees
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and data
  • Perform human resources related duties such as personnel selection and recruitment
  • Prepare and balance period-end reports and reconcile issued payrolls to bank statements
  • Maintain accurate and reliable records of employee attendance, leave and overtime to calculate pay and benefit entitlements
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Minimum 6-12 months of experience in payroll administration
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience.

The successful candidate will also be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental and vision coverage, as well as a generous paid time off policy.
