Bakery Assistant

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Assistant to join our team at Foodland. As a key member of our food preparation team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality products meet our customers' expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare dough and batters for a variety of baked goods, including pies, bread, rolls, and sweet treats, according to recipes and special customer orders.
- Bake mixed dough and batters to perfection, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Supervise and assist baking personnel and kitchen staff as needed, promoting a safe and efficient work environment.
- Inspect kitchen and food service areas to maintain cleanliness and organization.
- Operate machinery and equipment safely and effectively.
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Hand-eye coordination and physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks.
- Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues.
- English language proficiency.
- Availability to work 40 hours per week.
