Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Attendant to join our team at The Yellow Submarine. As a Food Service Attendant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring that our customers receive their orders in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, take orders accurately, and ensure that customers receive their orders in a timely manner.
  • Food Preparation and Service: Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers, including clearing and cleaning tables, replenishing condiments and supplies, and packaging take-out food.
  • Housekeeping and Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors, and washing and peeling vegetables and fruit.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure that customers receive excellent service and that the restaurant runs smoothly.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Work Setting: Urban area, willing to relocate.
  • Physical Capabilities: Standing for extended periods, attention to detail, and ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, reliability, team player, ability to multitask, initiative, dependability, and positive attitude.
