Warehouse Operations Specialist

Job Summary:
As a key member of our warehouse team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our inventory management processes. You will work closely with the Warehouse Lead to oversee daily operations, manage material control, and maintain a fast-paced working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily order picking, material deliveries, and receiving incoming orders with precision and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including WCB, TDG, and WHMIS.
- Operate forklift and yard lift equipment safely and effectively.
- Process inventory back-order reports and fill back-orders in a timely manner.
- Manage workspace and storage areas to maintain a rapid flow of materials.
- Process receipts, issues, and distribute materials while ensuring documentation of proof of delivery.
- Coordinate shipments to parts rooms and conduct regular physical stock counts, adjustments, and reconciliation of shortages.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and secure working environment, adhering to our core values of Safety First, Striving to be the best, and showing that we care.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience.
- Valid BC Driver's License with a clean abstract.
- Meet minimum age requirement to drive rental vehicles (21).
- Material distribution or inventory management computer experience.
