Nutrition Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nutrition Manager to join our team at Nova Scotia Health. As a key member of our Nutrition and Food Services department, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling all aspects of operations and day-to-day management of NFS within multiple sites of the Eastern Zone.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics, completion of an accredited dietetic internship program, and membership in a professional association, such as Dietitians of Canada. They will also have five years' progressive management experience in healthcare as a dietitian, with clinically related practice experience.
The ideal candidate will have experience in scope of practice for dietitians, dietetic technicians, and food service supervisors, and food service management. They will also have the ability to interpret statistical data, monitor quality and performance indicators, and build and maintain collaborative working relationships and partnerships.
We offer a competitive salary range of $40.15 - $53.34 hourly, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, travel, long-term disability, and life insurance coverage, and a defined benefit pension plan.
Successful candidates may be eligible for a $5,000 signing bonus and up to $5,000 of relocation assistance with a defined Return of Service contract.
