About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeping Specialist to join our team at Sab 13Ji tax and accounting services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and ensuring the accuracy of our financial statements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
  • Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
  • Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
  • Post journal entries
  • Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
  • Prepare tax returns
  • Prepare trial balance of books
  • Reconcile accounts
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Permanent employment
  • English as the primary language of work
  • 30 to 40 hours per week
Work Environment
