RISING STAR HOMES LTD. is seeking a skilled Construction Helper to join our team. As a Construction Helper, you will be responsible for assisting skilled tradespersons with various tasks on construction sites. Your duties will include mixing, pouring, and spreading materials such as concrete and asphalt, assisting in drilling and blasting rock, and performing routine maintenance work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites
  • Perform routine maintenance work
  • Load, unload, and move products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment

Work Environment:

  • Noisy
  • Dusty

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:

  • Physically demanding
  • Up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
