Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to high-profile clientele through multiple communication channels.
  • Fulfill requests in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Maintain a professional and positive attitude in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2 years of customer service experience, with a focus on hospitality or travel industries.
  • 1 year of call center experience, with a strong ability to communicate and write in a polished, educated, and professional manner.
  • Internet savvy and proficient in navigating multiple systems simultaneously.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, structured call center environment, servicing customers through inbound and outbound virtual channels.
  • Must be located in Ontario and have a private at-home office space, with a lockable door, free of distraction.
  • Must procure, set up, and maintain high-speed internet access with a minimum speed of 25 mbps download / 5 mbps upload.
