MDA Space, a global leader in communications satellites, Earth and space observation, and space exploration and infrastructure, is seeking a skilled Space Development Specialist to join our team in Montreal. With over 3,000 space experts in Canada, the US and the UK, we have the knowledge and know-how to turn customer visions into achievable missions.

We are on the hunt for a highly motivated professional with a minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial/corporate development management. The ideal candidate will possess excellent budgeting and planning skills, be able to build strong relationships quickly, and solve complex problems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite software and bilingualism (French/English) are also essential.

The role involves coordinating office and common area layout projects for all MDA buildings in Montreal. Key responsibilities include drafting project justification files, preparing specifications for calls for tenders, and analyzing bids. Additionally, the successful candidate will plan work with operations teams and various trades, monitor project costs, and lead project review and coordination meetings.
