Job Overview

Northern Health Authority is seeking an experienced LPN Supervisor to lead our team in providing high-quality community health services.

Compensation and Benefits

The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary of $34.20 - $46.40 per hour, commensurate with experience. Additionally, the position offers comprehensive benefits including extended health/dental, a municipal pension plan, and financial support for moving expenses.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise Licensed Practical Nurses and home support schedulers to ensure effective coordination of client care plans
  • Oversee the implementation of client care plans, provide training and evaluation of personal care techniques, and provide advocacy services
  • Perform assessments, plan, implement, and provide personal and nursing care to clients in a community health setting
Qualifications and Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Graduation from a recognized program for Practical Nurses and one year of recent, related acute care or residential experience
  • Current, full practicing licensure with BC College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM)
  • Current valid BC Driver's License
