Medical Clinic Front Desk Representative

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Clinic Front Desk Representative to join our team at NEXA Dental. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities- Client Service: Greet patients and visitors, direct them to the appropriate contact or service area, and provide basic information as needed.
- Administrative Support: Obtain and process information required to provide customer service, order office supplies, and maintain accurate work records and logs.
- Scheduling and Communication: Schedule and confirm appointments, send invoices, and receive and issue payments.
- Telephone and Messaging: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and perform other clerical duties as needed.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: Willing to train and have a strong desire to learn and grow with our team.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
