Vape Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Vape City. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our vape shop, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Assign sales workers to duties and oversee their performance
- Hire, train, and develop staff to meet business needs
- Authorize returns and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Establish and manage work schedules to meet business demands
- Prepare and analyze sales reports to inform business decisions
- Supervise and coordinate activities of sales staff to ensure seamless customer experience
- 1-2 years of retail management experience, preferably in a vape shop or similar environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
