Retail Store Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Manager to join our team at Bistak Groceries Inc. o/a Latter House Glory Foods. As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance
- Manage inventory levels and maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business objectives
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business goals and objectives
Requirements:
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail management role
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy loads
Work Environment:
- Work must be completed at the physical location
- Work setting: Retail business and Wholesale establishment/store
Personal Suitability:
- Accurate and reliable
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Efficient interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing situations
- Organized and able to prioritize tasks
