Insurance Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Insurance Sales Representative to join our team at Desjardins Insurance Nicole Fulcher Agency in Uxbridge, Ontario.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing personalized relationships with clients, educating and advising them on our insurance products, and meeting marketing goals. If you have a passion for the insurance industry and a strong work ethic, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients through personalized telephone and email contact.
- Review and service home and auto insurance policies, ensuring clients receive the best possible coverage.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, including sales and service of all lines of insurance offered through Desjardins.
- Meet deadlines with accuracy and thoroughness, making modifications to current clients' policies and servicing clients with billing and claims.
- Generate leads and market our products to potential clients.
- Perform administrative duties as assigned by the agent.
- Self-motivated and driven for results.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate to customers.
- Outgoing and people-focused, with a strong work ethic and commitment to success.
- Organized and able to problem-solve, with a strong understanding of social media and technology.
- Ability to work as a team and motivate others.
- OTL Property and Casualty license required, with LLQP Life License required within 90 days of hire.
- College diploma in a related field, such as Business or Marketing.
- Sales and customer service experience, with a minimum of 2 years of previous insurance or sales experience.
