The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of 3+ years of directly related or closely related experience, as well as CMRAO License to manage condominiums in Ontario. You will be responsible for assisting with implementation of policy and directives within the scope of the management agreement and the Condo Act.

A strong financial background is essential, as you will be required to prepare annual budgets and administer various functions of the community within the projected and approved operating budget. Excellent leadership and people skills are also crucial, as you will be working closely with the Board of Directors and residents to execute established policies and convey resident grievances.

This is a full-time, on-site position that offers a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package, including extended medical and dental benefits, paid vacation, office holidays, personal, and sick leave.
