Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Adobe DevOps Consultant to join our team at Software International. As a key member of our global consulting team, you will have the opportunity to design and implement solutions that leverage the Adobe Platform to drive personalized customer experiences, insights-driven decision-making, and real-time offer management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Implement Adobe CX Solutions: Successfully implement Adobe Customer Experience solutions for clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
  2. Lead Development and Support Activities: Lead the development and support activities on Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and Adobe Campaign, ensuring technical requirements are met and business objectives are achieved.
  3. Integrate Adobe Solutions: Oversee the implementation and integration of Adobe solutions with existing systems, working closely with development and IT teams.
  4. Provide Technical Support: Provide technical support to project teams, including code reviews, to ensure high-quality solutions are delivered.
  5. Optimize System Performance: Optimize system performance, implement security measures, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  6. Conduct Business Analysis: Conduct comprehensive business analysis based on client requirements, leading the technical solution to design and develop systems aligned with the client's business requirements.
  7. Collaborate with Teams: Collaborate with internal teams and vendor partners to design solutions tailored to meet the unique requirements of clients.
  8. Monitor Technical Progress: Monitor the technical progress of the team implementing Adobe solutions and platforms.

Requirements:

  1. Experience in Data Architecture: 5+ years of experience in data architecture, integration, API management, and cross-platform activation with a strong understanding of marketing technologies, digital analytics, customer data platforms, and cross-channel marketing strategies.
  2. Adobe Expertise: Adept at Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and Adobe Campaign builder.
  3. Business Process Design: Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate across disparate systems.
  4. Communication Skills: Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills, with the ability to lead workshops, define and prioritize client requirements, and suggest best practices.
  5. Certifications: Certification in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Adobe Campaign builder, Customer Journey Analytics, and/or Offer Decisioning Engine are highly desirable.
  6. Technical Skills: Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML5, Java Script, XML, Java, WCM, OSGi, REST, GraphQL, Web Analytics, Single Page Application.
  7. Digital Experience: Understanding of Digital Experience platform landscape and experience with relevant Digital strategies and technologies, with knowledge of the typical use cases of Digital Platform implementations.
