About the Role:
Mann Roofing Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Tasks: Manage office supplies, coordinate travel arrangements, and maintain accurate records
- Team Support: Provide guidance and support to office staff, ensuring they have the resources they need to succeed
- Budgeting: Assist in preparing operating budgets and maintaining inventory controls
- Reporting: Prepare periodic and special reports, as well as manuals and correspondence
Requirements:
- Secondary Education: High school graduation certificate required
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure
