We are currently seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to support our Ontario office in the development of new project portfolios. This exciting opportunity will see you play a key role in driving our operations forward, working closely with our senior team members to deliver results-oriented solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support business processes by completing documentation, requesting information, and following up to ensure key timelines are met.
  • Maintain organized project records and regulatory filings to facilitate project execution.
  • Coordinate vendor meetings, oversee contractor visits, and provide administrative support as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with experience in document management and workflow coordination.
  • Strong technical proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite and organizational tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to handle a variety of challenges with flexibility and adaptability.
