Job Title: Human Resources Specialist

Tree House Foods Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our employees and management team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees and management on HR-related matters, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits, and performance management.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives.
  • Manage employee onboarding, training, and development programs to enhance employee engagement and retention.
  • Administer employee benefits, compensation, and payroll programs to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Conduct investigations and provide recommendations on employee relations matters, including grievances and disciplinary actions.
  • Develop and maintain HR metrics and analytics to inform business decisions and improve HR processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing HR laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and provide expert advice to the organization.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide support to employees and management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in HR systems, including Workday, MS Excel, and MS Word.
