We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team at Philthy Philly's Cheesesteak & Poutinerie as a Food Counter Attendant.

About the Role

This is a full-time position requiring 35 hours of work per week. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and provide exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Provide accurate information about menu items, promotions, and services to customers.
  • Handle cash and credit transactions with precision and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and credit transactions.
