Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Travel Services Consultant to join our team at CAA Club Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on travel-related matters
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their travel needs are met
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide the best possible service
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of customer service and sales experience in a retail environment
  • Prior travel agency experience is an asset, but not required
  • TICO certification completion or working towards/ willing to complete
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Availability to work flexible store operation hours
  • Familiarity with Apollo system is a definite asset
  • Post-secondary education in Travel and Tourism, or related field is a strong asset
