Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish efficient work schedules and coordinate the activities of our food preparation team
  • Train and supervise staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Hire and manage food service staff to meet our quality control standards
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
