Your Role:

As a Regional Sales Broker Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for generating sales with new and existing clients, focusing on promoting our best-in-class products such as Propertybase GO CRM, LionDesk CRM, Propertybase Websites, HomeSpotter, Cloud CMA, and more.

You will own relationships with major real estate brands, internal and external stakeholders, and possess the drive to exceed sales quotas and hit accelerators.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum one year related experience in software sales or relevant role in the real estate industry.
  • Superior computer skills, proficient with CRMs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, easily adapt to changes, and possess impeccable time management and priority setting skills.

  • Competitive compensation (base salary + uncapped commission): $80,000 - $120,000 per annum.
