About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to support our Talent Management team as a Co-op Talent Management Assistant. This exciting opportunity will provide you with hands-on experience in performance management, leadership planning, and HR reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical assistance in the HRIS system, SuccessFactors, and develop visual and written communication materials to support performance management programs.
  • Answer system and process-related questions from a diverse audience, ensuring clear and concise communication.
  • Closely partner with HRIS to support reporting capabilities, test system improvements, and troubleshoot issues.
  • Assist in assessing and improving evaluation methods for measuring efficiency of Talent Management programs.
  • Coordinate and maintain electronic filing system archival of all talent materials.
  • Provide additional Talent Management Project support on key initiatives.
Requirements
  • Pursuing a degree in business, Human Resources, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Excellent computer proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Self-motivated individual with outstanding interpersonal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, capable of balancing multiple priorities with acute attention to detail.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills to develop collaboration with internal and external collaborators using a 'customer-centric' approach.
  • Demonstrable track record to handle critical and confidential information with tact, diplomacy, and discretion.
  • Excellent judgment, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite and SAP SuccessFactors is considered an asset.
  • Ability to speak in Spanish is a strong asset.
