Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Ontario Limited. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service establishment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns.
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience.

Work Environment:

  • Noisy.
  • Hot.

Work Setting:

  • Food service establishment.
  • On-site customer service.

Supervision:

  • Food service counter attendants and food preparers.
