Wealthy Recruiting is seeking a highly skilled Digital Brand Engagement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for driving exceptional audience engagement and growth across all digital platforms.

Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving exceptional brand engagement metrics and working with a social media following of at least 500,000. Experience working with or growing engagement for prominent lifestyle or consumer brands is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aimed at increasing engagement, driving brand awareness, and cultivating a loyal community.
  • Manage day-to-day content creation, scheduling, and posting across all social media platforms, ensuring alignment with the brand's voice and identity.
  • Monitor key performance metrics to evaluate engagement success, reporting regularly on progress and refining strategies as needed.
  • Leverage social media trends, tools, and analytics to create viral campaigns and grow the follower base organically and sustainably.
  • Identify and engage with key influencers, brand advocates, and partners to amplify brand presence and drive new collaborations.
  • Collaborate with marketing, creative, and product teams to ensure integrated campaigns and messaging consistency.
Requirements:
  • $120,000 - $150,000 per year
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and emerging channels.
  • Ability to translate data and analytics into actionable social strategies.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling, trends, and understanding audience behavior.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms.
  • Proven ability to create and execute performance-driven campaigns, with metrics showcasing impact on engagement and brand awareness.
