About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Head Baker to join our team at I.LAC INVESTMENTS INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our bakery operations, managing staff, and ensuring the highest quality products meet our standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies
• Develop and implement menus, recipes, and production schedules
• Train and supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff
• Inspect kitchen and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and proper food handling
• Maintain high standards of quality and presentation for all baked goods
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a head baker or similar role
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
